AdFlow terms of service
Last updated: 10 October 2026 (version of 10/10/2026)
These terms govern your use of AdFlow, a software service by Darklabs that connects an online store with its advertising platforms. The service is in a closed pilot. These terms will be replaced by the final terms before public launch. By using AdFlow you accept these terms.
1. Provider and service
The service is provided by Talaridis Athanasios of Nikolaos (Darklabs), sole proprietorship, Mouson 84, 56224 Evosmos, Thessaloniki, Greece. Contact: [email protected].
AdFlow connects to your store and to your advertising accounts, shows you how they perform, detects measurement problems and suggests actions. During the current pilot the service is free of charge and by invitation, and there is no fee or payment of any kind. If a fee is introduced in the future, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without your explicit agreement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- The service is intended for businesses and professionals who run an online store. You must be an adult and have the authority to bind the business for which you use AdFlow.
- The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, tell us at once at [email protected].
3. Connecting third party platforms
You can connect AdFlow to third party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, WooCommerce and Shopify, as they become available. Each connection is made with your own authorisation, and you can revoke it at any time, from AdFlow or from the platform itself.
- Your accounts on those platforms, your ads and their spend remain yours and you are responsible for them, including every amount the platform charges.
- You must have the right to connect each account and must comply with the terms and policies of each platform.
- Third party platforms are not ours. They may change or stop working, restrict access or reject actions, and we are not responsible for that.
4. Recommendations and approvals
AdFlow suggests and you decide. It does not change any ad, budget or setting in your accounts without your explicit approval of each change. Where the platform allows it, you can undo a change you approved.
Recommendations are produced automatically, with the help of artificial intelligence, from the data AdFlow holds. They are estimates, not guarantees: they may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not promise any particular result, such as sales, ad performance or savings. Before you approve an action, check that it suits your business. Recommendations are not legal, tax or accounting advice.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use AdFlow:
- for unlawful purposes, or in breach of the terms and policies of the platforms you connect, including for misleading or prohibited ads;
- to gain access to other users' data or to get around security measures;
- in a way that places an excessive load on the service, or for reverse engineering or bulk extraction of content;
- to give access to people outside your business.
If you break these rules, we may suspend your access.
6. Data and privacy
Your data remains yours. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the service. Which data we process, why, for how long and which rights you have is described in the AdFlow privacy policy. Instructions for deleting your data are on the AdFlow data deletion page.
If your store holds personal data of your customers, you are the controller and we are the processor, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having a legal basis and for informing your customers.
7. Availability and changes during the pilot
The pilot service is provided "as is", with no commitment to any particular availability. It may have interruptions, errors or changes to its features, and we may change, restrict or stop part or all of the service. When a change affects you materially, we will give you reasonable notice in advance.
We may change these terms. The version date is shown at the top of the page, and we will notify you of material changes by email. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may stop using the service and delete your account.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or loss of sales or data, nor for ad spend you approved or that the platforms charge. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to AdFlow in the last 12 months, which during the pilot is zero.
This limitation does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or to liability the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, and it does not affect rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
9. Termination and deletion of data
You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting a platform or by deleting your business or your account. We may suspend or end your access, giving you notice where practicable, if you breach these terms or if the service is discontinued.
When use ends, the access token of each platform is deleted at once and your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, as described in the privacy policy. Provisions that by their nature continue after termination, such as the limitation of liability and the governing law, remain in force.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory provisions of law that designate another court.
